Where do I find all my invoices?

You receive invoices in lots of different ways:

Via Peppol
As an attachment to an email
Via a download link
On supplier portals with a login
On paper by regular mail
As an e-mail

OkiOki collects all these incoming documents for you. The app automatically registers you on the Peppol network and then gets to work: linking to your mailbox, downloading invoices as attachments and via links, logging into supplier portals and saving emails as PDFs.

What do I do with invoices that are not received via Peppol?

Not everything is received as an e-invoice via Peppol, such as receipts, foreign invoices, insurance documents and fines.

You can simply add these documents manually using your preferred method:

Photograph.
Take a picture of paper invoices or receipts using the OkiOki web app.

Forward to your personal OkiOki email address.
Everything you send there is stored in the right place right away by OkiOki.

Cloud storage.
OkiOki picks up the invoice in Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive.

Upload.
You can upload invoices manually.
