Depending on your software, the app delivers documents via a file server, a specific email address or an API link. The data arrives in the correct format, such as UBL, PDF or CODA+. This means that your office can continue to work in the familiar environment, but with a much smoother document flow. 

How does OkiOki automatically collect documents?

OkiOki automatically retrieves documents at the source, such as Peppol, mailboxes, email attachments, download links, supplier portals, cloud storage and paper receipts that your client photographs. The app brings everything together, recognises duplicate documents and forwards the information in a structured format. As a result, you receive files that are more complete, faster and require less checking.

Do clients have to upload documents personally?

Not always. OkiOki automatically collects as many documents as possible via Peppol, mailboxes, portals and cloud storage. Your client can easily add any documents that aren’t received automatically – such as paper receipts or individual supporting documents – by taking a picture, uploading a file or using their personal OkiOki email address. Is anything missing? If so, it will appear in their to-do list.
