How does OkiOki collect my invoices?

OkiOki can automatically collect your invoices from a variety of sources, so you spend less time searching for or uploading them yourself.

OkiOki recognises, among others:

  • Invoices attached to emails (PDF, JPG, PNG, UBL)
  • Invoices available through a download link (for example, from telecom providers)
  • Invoices available on online portals (for example, fuel card portals)
  • Emails that serve as the invoice or proof of purchase (for example, for certain online services)

You can also:

  • Connect a folder in Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive
  • Upload an invoice or receipt yourself using the app

How does the document limit work in OkiOki?

Different subscription plans have different usage limits. You can check your current document count at: https://www.okioki.app/subscription/.

For OkiOki Start, a fair use policy applies, with a limit of 250 documents in total (incoming and outgoing combined).

Your document limit is calculated over 30-day periods, starting from your registration date. Your counter is automatically reset at the beginning of each new period.

If you use OkiOki through your accountant, your document limit depends on the agreement with your accounting firm.
