OkiOki Start is designed for e-invoicing.
You issue and receive e-invoices in UBL via the Peppol network. Every e-invoice is automatically stored in your digital archive and forwarded to your accountant.
You create an invoice in the legal UBL format. OkiOki sends it via Peppol. Incoming e-invoices land directly in your archive.
Because e-invoices aren’t altered, the same file reaches both the sender and the recipient unchanged.
E-invoices are forwarded to your accountant in real time and kept centrally.
You both have the same file, with no email attachments.
Start does not automatically collect PDFs, receipts, or invoices received via download links from your email inbox or supplier portals.
If you want those documents collected automatically as well, use Smart.
For anyone who mainly works with e-invoices or wants to start with e-invoicing.
You’re compliant with B2B e-invoicing, with no extra connections or manual collection.
OkiOki Smart includes everything in Start and goes further: it also collects documents that are not e-invoices, such as PDFs and receipts.
This way you and your accountant always have a supporting document for every transaction. Your records stay complete and up to date: e-invoices via Peppol and everything that isn’t an e-invoice yet.
You connect your email inbox. OkiOki uses your VAT number and picks up every invoice that arrives: as an attachment, via a download link, or as an email that serves as the invoice itself.
After connecting your inbox, every invoice is automatically picked up and sent in real time to your digital archive and your accountant. You don’t have to search or upload manually.
Identical files are deduplicated automatically and only count once.
Potential duplicates are linked so you can confirm whether they are the same document. If you upload the same file again by mistake, it won’t be counted twice.
For anyone who, besides e-invoices, also receives PDFs, receipts, or documents from supplier portals and doesn’t want to collect them manually.
Smart is useful if your email inbox is a key source and you don’t want to miss anything. You’ll have a supporting document for every transaction and records that stay in order at all times.
Start focuses on e-invoicing via Peppol (create, send, and receive e-invoices in UBL) and automatically archives/shares these documents with your accountant.
Smart does the same and, in addition, automatically collects documents that aren’t e‑invoices (PDFs, receipts) so your administration stays complete.
Choose Start if you mainly work with e-invoices or want to start with e-invoicing, and you receive few or no invoices by email, link, or portal.
You’re compliant with B2B e-invoicing, and everything is automatically sent to your archive and your accountant.
Choose Smart if you also receive PDFs, receipts, or documents via portals.
Smart automatically picks them up from your inbox (using your VAT number), archives them, deduplicates identical files, and sends everything in real time to your accountant. You have a supporting document for every transaction, and records that stay complete and up to date.
In both cases you send and receive e-invoices in UBL via Peppol, documents are archived automatically, and they’re shared with your accountant.
The difference is the automatic collection of documents that aren’t e‑invoices: only Smart does that.
Not every invoice is an e-invoice yet. With Start you’re covered for e-invoicing; with Smart you also pick up PDFs and receipts. You can switch later. If you work via a firm, check with your accountant.
Bank connection (read-only): OkiOki can only consult your bank account. We can’t make payments. We only read transactions. The bank connection is independent of the choice between Start and Smart.
By default: your document limit runs in 30‑day periods starting on your registration date. At the end of each 30‑day period, your usage counter resets automatically.
If you’re set up through your accountant: the limit depends on your arrangement with your accountant and may vary by firm. In many cases, the usage counter resets on the first day of the month.
